Power to the Public

A three-day cultural conference about the relationship between art, politics, and Israel/Palestine is coming up! Dancing on the Edge, De Balie, and A Different Jewish Voice invite 30 artists from Israel, Palestine, the Netherlands, and Flanders to join the cultural conference What’s Art Got to Do with It? They will discuss the complex relations between (the) art (scene), government, and public. An in-depth debate about art, in which art itself plays a major role.

29 April – 1 May 2015 – with debates, film, dance, theater, and literature.
