Hassan Boussou

Hassan Boussou, born in Casablanca and educated in the Gnawa tradition, has retransmitted through his music all his different influences (namely trance and ritualistic chants). Boussou’s main sources of inspiration remain within the traditional repertoire however he loves to enrich himself through the presence of varied musicians. He travels the world performing with his group, Gnawa Fusion created in 1996 and Séwaryé formed in 2006.
