Angelo Sicurella

Angelo Sicurella is a singer, producer and electronic music composer. Founder of the band Omosumo, his work is based on experimentation and on the mixture between classic, profane music and contemporary electronic sounds. He uses electronic music as a tool to rediscover tradition and combines organic sounds of nature with synthetic sounds (soundscapes, ambient and techno using analog instruments). His solo albums are: Orfani per desiderio (2016) and Yuki O (2017). He works with theatre, dance, cinema and sound painting. Currently, he has been working with several artists: Masbedo (sound installations, sound design), Vittorio Cosma (soundtracks, Open Machine project), Roy Paci e Davide Rossi (Corleone, NE:SO project), Elisa Giardina Papa (sound design, Biennale of Venice 2022).
At the moment he is working on his third album.
