Body Revolution

Mokhallad Rasem / Toneelhuis

How does the body respond to violence and fear?

DUTCH PREMIERE
Mokhallad Rasem asks himself what effect the images of the ‘Arab Spring’ exert on directors and performers who have their roots in the Middle East. As an expat, how do you process the information that comes to you from family and friends who stayed behind? What does that information do to your body? Together with three performers, Rasem explores the answer to these questions through dance.
