Day 2 | Friday 31 March 2023 |9:00 – 15:30 with lunch
Piazza Salerno 3, 90146 Palermo, in front of the blue gate. 

This two-day event focuses on the creation of the DOTE Garden, a small piece of land which is welcoming and bringing together different vegetable seeds, stories and memories from Amsterdam, Beirut and Palermo. We invite all participants to bring seeds of plants they feel a special connection to. Collectively, we will decide whether we want to maintain these varieties, or let them cross-pollinate with the other surrounding varieties: do we want to preserve these varieties of individual special meaning, or do we want to let them hybridize and evolve? 

In this event, ‘Listening to Seeds’ means to listen to the stories that connect us humans to different food plants. The second half of both days will be curated by the Deep Listening practitioner Diana Lola Posani. 

The two days work independently. Attending just one of them is fine. Both days are free to attend, and include lunch. Places are limited. Please reserve your place by sending an e-mail to aterraterra.info@gmail.com
