Salem Abdelbasset (1993) is a dancer based in Algeria. Coming from an art-loving family, he says, his choice to pursue a career in dance was obvious. He started dancing with the well-known Algerian IDAMI COMPANY, where he developed his classical and contemporary dance skills. From October 2018, he was chosen to participate as an artist in WORLD YOUTH FORUM EGYPT.
He is the receiver of the Dancing on the Edge Scholarship 2019.
