Hanka Hasović has been rolling and stretching her hands on filo pastry for over 58 years. In Sarajevo, her hometown, and now in Amsterdam. Flower, water, and salt become wafer-thin in her hands, even allowing you to see through it with your eyes, that’s how transparant it becomes. Her son Adnan, film and video artist and IT specialist, also wants to learn how to make make the borek from his childhood.
