Mohamed Fouad

Mohamed Fouad is a performer, choreographer and artistic director who holds a degree in Theater from Cairo’s Faculty of Arts.

Fouad has a background in theater (Alexandria University, 2006) and contemporary dance (Studio Emad Eddin, Cairo, 2008–2011). He has performed at the Impulstanz Festival in Vienna (2010), Montpellier Dance Festival (2012), and Downtown Contemporary Arts Festival in Cairo (2013). Since 2011 Mohamed Fouad has presented site-specific choreography at the Alexandria-based Nassim el-Raqs (festival) of which he is now artistic director.
